The Sharpsmart Welcome Pack is an introduction to Sharpsmart's medical waste partnership, available in both print and interactive PDF formats. As the designer, I organized a large amount of information into a clean, clear format, with custom form fields for almost every page to tailor the content to each customer. The pack covers topics such as contact information, service schedules, e-learning, a customer satisfaction survey, and an FAQ section. It provides new customers with a comprehensive overview of their partnership with Sharpsmart and ensures they can easily access and understand the information they need to make the most of their medical waste partnership.
